In our project office we design, draw and model (3D) air-conditioning unit according to customer’s wishes.
Production
Using the latest technologies, tools and procedures, we first produce the steel part of the air conditioner, install the components and test it.
Mounting
Our employees install air-conditioning into vehicles directly at the customer or in our service center in Skořenice.
Service
We have 5 fully equipped service cars. We provide service and revision of both ours and other brand products.

The software required for development is a matter of course. A big help was the purchase of a CNC cutting machine with a plasma source, thanks to which we are fully independent in production. We work with Autocad tools to ensure absolutely perfect design and accuracy of your order processing. Our engineering is one of the best on the market.

Our Procedures
How’s It Done?

Technology and design
According to the customer’s specifications we create the performance plan and a 3D model of the air conditioner. If necessary, we make a prototype.

Metalworking
Using the CNC cutting machine in a modernly equipped metalworking workshop we produce an air conditioning chassis.

Installation
After painting the chassis we install air conditioning and electrical components and test thoroughly. For railway products we will ensure approval of the Rail Authority.
